Affiliate Program Terms
Version 2026-08-15 · Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms govern participation in the SoldSite affiliate program and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Participation
Participation requires a SoldSite account and an approved application. Every application is reviewed manually and may be declined at our discretion. Accounts are personal: you may not operate multiple affiliate accounts, and you may not transfer your affiliate account or referral code to anyone else.
2. Commission
Approved affiliates earn 30% of the amount actually paid on eligible credit purchases made by customers attributed to them. Commission is calculated server-side from verified payment records only. We may change your commission rate at any time; a change applies only to commissions recorded after the change and never alters commissions already recorded.
3. Attribution
A visitor who arrives through your referral link is attributed to you for 60 days from that visit, provided they create a new account in that window. The first valid referral wins: an existing attribution is never overwritten. Attribution applies only to new accounts — existing customers cannot be re-attributed.
4. Earning window
You earn commission on eligible purchases made by an attributed customer during the 12 months following their signup. Purchases after that window do not generate commission.
5. Hold period, refunds and disputes
Each commission is held for 30 days before becoming available for payout. If the underlying purchase is refunded or a payment dispute is resolved against us, the commission is reversed. Where the commission has already been paid out, we instead record a negative adjustment which is carried forward and offset against your future commissions. A negative balance is never invoiced to you.
6. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly, at our discretion as to the exact date, once your net payable balance reaches the minimum of $50 USD. Balances below the minimum roll over. Payments are sent manually to the payout details you provide (PayPal, Wise or another method we agree in writing). You are responsible for the accuracy of those details, for any fees charged by your payment provider, and for all taxes on your commission income. You act as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent or representative of ABC AGENCY LIMITED.
7. Prohibited promotion
The following will cause commissions to be withheld and may result in suspension or termination: self-referrals or referrals from accounts you control; paid search or ads bidding on SoldSite brand terms; unsolicited email, SMS or messaging spam; coupon, cashback or incentive sites offering rewards for signups; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects or any other undisclosed placement; misrepresenting appraisal results, pricing, guarantees or resale outcomes; impersonating SoldSite; and promotion on adult, illegal, hateful or otherwise unlawful properties. You must disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by law, including FTC guidance.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. On suspension, unpaid commissions are held pending review; where fraud or a breach of these terms is established, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. Commissions already paid are not clawed back except where they arose from fraud or a reversed payment.
9. Data and privacy
You will never receive personal data about referred customers. Your dashboard shows only aggregate counts and money totals. We process your application details and payout details to operate the program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are published here with a new version identifier, and continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version is 2026-08-15.
